Shown below are packages including your 9 hole golf tourney and the most popular food options with great value pricing by category per person. Suit your budget  and personal tastes by selecting a menu item from groups A,B or C.


 Mountain Man Bacon Cheddar Cheese Burger:

   Peppered Canadian bacon, apple wood smoked cheddar cheese mounded on the 6 oz home style chuck beef burger. Char broiled and loaded onto the grilled whole wheat bun, slathered with secret sauce and topped with fresh lettuce, tomato, onion and crunchy dill pickle. Served with mountain O fries and our famous Caesar salad.


Zippy Chipotle Chicken Breast Burger:

  Plump seasoned chicken breast, grilled just right. Stacked on a toasted whole wheat bun with zippy chipotle sauce and finished with crisp lettuce, tangy onion and fresh sliced tomato. Sided with home style fries and Caesar salad.


Crispy Breaded Basa Fish Filet Burger:

  Crunchy Panko breaded Basa filets lightly fried then oven roasted piled on a grilled ciabatta loaf dolloped with fresh tarter sauce and topped with a zesty lettuce and onion combo. Finished with generous helpings of fried potato planks and Caesar salad.


"Rock Creek Cider" Pulled Pork PO BOY:

   Rock star slow smoked, glazed,  juicy and tender Canadian pork shoulder, shredded and dredged with our own "Rock Creek Cider" BBQ sauce. Piled high onto our grilled po boy ciabatta loaf and mounded with with fresh apple slaw. A feast backed with gator fries and Caesar salad.




Aphrodite or Adonis Souvlaki:

  Tender marinated Chicken or grain fed Beef strip loin kissed with Chef Rob's totally secret blend of lemon, oregano, Garlic, black pepper and the finest olive oils. Skewered and char broiled served atop the best mount Olympus Greek potatoes, flavored rice Pilaf. The Gods have also allowed us greek salad and grilled pita bread.


Slow roasted Baron of Beef:

  Fabulously  tender slow roasted Baron of beef brushed with garlic, rosemary, black pepper and secret herb blend, sliced perfectly and layered over chef's own mushroom demi glaze. Best pared with tanned oven roasted herb potatoes and roasted seasonal veg medley.  Yum


Traditional Golden Schnitzel:

   Old country style, pan seared, oven finished crunchy breaded Canadian Pork loin, tender and seasoned perfectly. Plated with our best country gravy, mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.


The BEST Steak Sandwich ever:

 Tender grain fed 7 oz New York strip loin, cradled on garlic toast with moderately angry onion crisps,breaded mushrooms, plank fries and Caesar salad. 


"Salt & Peppa Lemon Chicken":

A plate covering whole 1/2 roasted locally grown crispy Chicken. Lemon, Garlic, rosemary and chef Rob's sought after " Black Pepper" rub. Perched on plank fries and Caesar.  Gotta have it !!


" Monster King"  Apple wood Smoked Bone in Chop:

 Beyond excellent 10 oz center cut bone in loin chop. This is to die for. Lightly smoked then finished on the Q with our chef's own "Rock Creek Cider" BBQ sauce. beside roast potato and saute'd veg. YOU GOTTA TRY THIS !!



 The whole farm Chicken and Ribs:

1/4 lemon roasted chicken (leg and thigh) AND a full 1/2 rack of slow cooked St louis style meaty pork ribs, SLATHERED with Rob's "Rock Creek Cider" BBQ sauce. Oven roasted baby red potatoes and broiled seasonal vegies. TOOO MUCH !!


Filet of Salmon:

A healthy sized salmon filet expertly seasoned and grilled then glazed with seasonal fruit salsa, accompanied with rice Pilaff and roasted seasonal veg.


Prime Rib with Yorkshire:

The king of roasts seasoned with garlic, rosemary and a blend of peppers. Slow roasted and devilishly delicious and tender. English cut atop au jus with fresh monster Yorkshire pudding,  golden oven roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetable.


New York Steak:

 Huge 9 oz  grain fed, aged tender strip loin of beef, seasoned and  char broiled served with chef Rob's special demi glaze sauce, roasted baby spuds and seasonal veg.
